Feige's speciality is weigh filling equipment for containers from 5kg - 1500kg with a major part of the business being 200kg drums. Containers can be processed in line individually or on pallets with options to automatically cap/bung/lid containers as part of the filling process.
The equipment meets with the UK Weights & Measures legislation avoiding the need to check weigh filled containers.
The automatic pallet fillers are a range of machines where the operator is not required to move the filling head from one container to another, so freeing up operator time to do other tasks such as label or bung previously filled drums.
This can be achieved by a pre-set template, teach-in system or fully automated via a camera system. Options include automatic bung removal and re-bunging after filling or simply the automatic filling of pre-opened drums.
The latest addition to this range is a robotic pallet filler where the selection of filling valves from a rack is totally automated in addition to removal of the bung and re-bunging.
Conveyors and ancillary equipment can be added to totally automate the line.
All equipment is available for use in ATEX areas.
